I was excited to find a hair remover for all skin and hair colors. So far I’ve tried it twice on myself and my two daughters, our African American skin ranges from light to medium brown. The instructions were easy to follow and the set up was simple. The zaps were painless to legs and underarms and the only thing we noticed was that it got a little warm on the higher settings. There is no pain compared to the laser sessions I get at the salon. The light is bright so I recommend sunglasses. We’re eager to see the final result in a couple of months. Will update then.

I’ve used it religiously and had 0 results. I requested a refund and the seller said to wait and be “realistic”. Well now that I waited, I STILL have no hair reduction and can’t return it.

I’ve owned this for a few years and it’s still going strong. My hair is very persistent, and shaving my legs in the morning doesn’t keep 3 o’clock shadow away lol. I have Olive skin and very dark hair so many at home devices didn’t work on my skin color. I used salon treatments at 4 salons with varying results based on the laser used. Once I found the one that worked for me, I decided this would be my upkeep at home laser. My underarm hair and bikini area are mostly hair free, with a few stubborn hairs. The shadow of hair growth beneath the skin is gone, and my shaving is now minimal and lasts much longer. After years of bikini/underarm only use I recently decided to use this on my legs (never had laser treatments on my legs). I am pleasantly surprised in the progress after a few months. I can skip leg shaving to every other day or longer, rather than 2x a day. The hair that does grow is sparse, thinner than my normal hair, is soft and almost undetectable. I also no longer have strawberry legs, which is nice for the summer. I only wish I would have tried this sooner. I will continue to do the maintenance so I have less work daily. It takes about a hour to do all of my areas now. I received this as a gift a few years ago, and it still shows 100% cartridge, though I assume it will need to be replaced as I have used it much more lately. I am happy with this product, it’s long term use, and have no issues with quality or function. I have not been back to a spa/salon for hair removal since I’ve been using this successfully.

I brought this machine bc I have HS skin disease and with my insurance skin doctor is out my reach so I was at stage 2 to 3 now I'm nearly clear and pain free. I had study HS and knew they used hair removal treatment for HS so I said it was worth the shot and their gone and so is the pain in my shoulders and elbows from the infection causing my joints to lock and hurt to move them... I'm so thankful to y'all... Own you more I just can't Express myself enough....

I hate shaving my legs! So I decided to try this out. Honestly, after using the whole cartridge I didn't see any significant reduction in my leg hairs. Maybe a few small patches here and there. Not enough for me to feel comfortable going out without shaving my legs. I know it's not the same as actual laser hair remover. You definitely have to be committed and have the time to sit and zap a larger part of your body. It's easy to use and has a fan if it gets to hot. Make sure you wear glasses to protect the eyes. For me personally, won't be using again.

I wished I had known about this product years ago! It works so well for me, when other things have not! In just 3 uses, I’ve seen a major reduction in hair growth & it has not damaged my skin. It saved me tons of money from those pesky contracts at the laser hair salons. Thank you Elos!

This machine was sold to me as defective by an amazon seller Jacobs shop for $149.99. I've only used it 3 times and it already claim to say that I've used 50% of the cartilage. Its guaranteed to come with 200,000 pulses so I'm wondering where the other pulses went. I seriously do not recommend this particular machine. I've reached out to seller and seller did not respond. The whole situation is just terrible customer service. Please do not buy this product because the manufacturer contact listed in the pamphlet belongs to another company so there is no way to communicate with them. Even the website listed says sorry this domain is up for sale. This product comes with a one year warranty but there's no way to get in contact with them

This is my second one and honestly I love it! There's no pain at all and it works well with black skin. I'm more on the brown side.
