Do these have that awful vitamin B smell?

PureGenomics B-Complex has a characteristic B vitamin odor.

Why does this have so much Vitamin B12 and other vitamins? It is way beyond the recommended levels.

The percentages may seem shocking, but its really not much. Think of the "recommended" being what you minimally need to not be considered severely deficient. The amounts are standard and are in "activated form" making them better absorbed and actually higher quality. This dosage is a good starting point and could actually be doubled depending on what you need. As for b12, the body doesnt absorb it well so higher dosages are necessary. Sublingual is best specifically for b12. Either way, this is a good product and good dosage for a complex b vitamin

Are these vitamins natural or synthetic?

I think you will need to contact the manufacturer to get a definitive answer. They are very high quality b vitamins however.
