Cheap but do a good job

These lancets look really good. I was using a "different" brand, but their performance has gotten erratic. Some are fine, some hurt. They never did before.I can't tell if the whole package is good, but the few I tested were quite good.

I've been having a lot of trouble getting enough blood using lower gauge lancets like 30-33g without cranking up to a higher setting, which is a lot more painful. Maybe because I play guitar or use my hands a lot.28g seems to hit the sweet spot where I can set my lancing device to 2, feel practically no pain, and still get a suitable drop of blood. These fit in most of my lancets fine and worked as expected, they seem to be of good quality.My main complaint is the packaging. They come in a huge flat box with cellophane bags that are not resealable. This is a bit of a problem, because how do you store them? Other lancets I've purchased either came in a small box or if not came in a resealable ziplock style bag. That's a bit annoying. Otherwise this is a good product.

I am not the most experienced diabetic, so with a grain of salt...These fit my Genteel lancing device perfectly. The issue with Genteel is that their needles were inconsistent. Most of them were perfect, but many were downright dull and painful.The AUVON lancets are consistent, and certainly a great value.

Value for money.

Less painful for sure.
