DJI RS Briefcase-Handle

I love this DJI briefcase style handle for gimbals.I easily adapted this well built and sturdy DJI handle to work with my DJI Ronin-SC Gimbal, having purchased the Neweer Dual Handle grip which I use on left side of the gimbal (to mount a wired mic and battery powered continuous light source) using the NATO mounts included with their Neweer handles, to mount this DJI handle on the right side when needed. I bought this for use with a new RS3, and it works as expected: solid construction and easily and solidly attaches to the gimbal. Similar products with slightly different features are available from third-party vendors. One of the differences is the type and number of device attachment fittings (e.g., screw holes, NATO fittings, cold shoe fittings, etc.), so check out what your kit needs are before making a selection. There are several online videos showing the RS briefcase handle in use.

Works great

As a videographer who shoots a lot of workout routines and exercises for a health club, I’m often shooting my subject close to the ground on a bench or even sitting laying on turf so I attached it to my RS Mini for these lower shots and it significantly increases my ability to shoot longer because it’s less of a strain on my arms. It also adds increased stability when I’m in a walking motion. It’s very simple to attach it the quality is DJI so it’s aligned with the quality of the gimbal. Great overall purchase and price. I highly recommend this if your set up is a bit heavier and your using the gimbal to take low-to-the-ground walking/moving shots for long periods of time.
