How long in inches are these buns? I want to make my own hot dog buns. I don't want the over all size of the pan , just the size of the buns they mak.

However, it is important to note that the dough will expand when making the hot dog buns, and the dough you put into the bread slots should be smaller than this size above.

What is the Maximum temperature for this pan?

The maximum temperature is between 450 and 500 degrees farenheight. The temperature of most ovens. As this mold is a bakeware form for bread dough just line it with parchment paper for easy removal of your baked goods. It has holes or perforations on the bottom and Im not entirely sure why. I guess so the bread or roll/bun is easier to "pop" out when cooled.
