Pull out the directional fins to use as an exhaust vent cover
It fit the box as intended and it look fine for the application: A bathroom exhaust near the seamless walk-in shower.

Looks great but…
Could be more durable- the louvers aren’t easy to get set in the correct position and can fall out when adjusting. They are hard to put back in. Don’t plan on adjusting it often otherwise you may have to remove it to reinstall the louvers. The white finish has some durability but can chip. The cross pieces don’t attach well to the frame at some outside connections, but so far seem to stay in the right spot anyway.
