ASprink Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer 4x6 - 241BT Pink Label Printer

I bought this printer to use for my small business. I’m an e-commerce business so I depend a lot on this little printer. After about a year and a half it did give out on me and the paper stopped feeding into the printer properly. However, despite my warranty being long gone, customer service replaced it with a brand new one! That alone made this printer worth buying as I know that they stand behind their products.

This printer works great and is perfect for my small business. Customer service for Labelife has been exceptional and very helpful. This is a great product.

We use this item in our office for our business, and it's held up very well! Customer service was able to help fix any issues we had with it, and the app makes this printer super easy to use. Cannot recommend this item enough.

I have used many thermal printers in the past. This one was easy to setup and get started, but that’s about the only good thing to say about it. The default “medium” quality is not good. Lines are not solid and some labels have a hard time scanning. The app is miserable to use and even if you spend the extra time to really crop your label to make sure it’s perfect, the printer will still (about half the time…????) not print to exactly where you cropped in the app. I tried leaving extra space and still had several labels that printed with a few millimeters of the address cut off. The slot to feed labels in from the back is too close to the power cord, so after a few labels printed, they naturally go in just a little sideways, likely causing the low quality crop. I have tried to ensure that it goes in perfectly straight to minimize this and still some labels print with the side cut off.If you’re printing many labels that aren’t perfectly formatted, good luck. I think it will take less time to go back to printing labels on the regular printer and cutting them out rather than manually adjusting each label. There should be some kind of default setting that locks to your app until you change it.I will be promptly returning this printer and recommending anyone in the market for one to stay far away this one.Low build quality overall, terrible presets for new labels, and extra time consuming compared to every single other thermal printer I have used in 20+ years of business. PICK ANOTHER ONE. STAY AWAY, PLEASE. Smh.

Update: I've now had this printer for just over a year and have created around 2,000 labels. I started having alignment issues a couple months back and reached out to the company via email, however, I found my answers in the help section of their website (easy fix, the paper guides had become pushed away from paper feed- felt a little silly that I didn't realize that myself). The company did, however respond almost immediately and then followed up to make sure everything was ok- great customer service. Now even more recently, when I start a print job, the first label has to be re-printed. Now I'm up to the first 3 labels need to be reprinted. However, when I do re-print, all is fine. I'm willing to lose a couple labels, but hoping this won't become a further issue. I've had no other issues (knock on wood) and still feel the printer was absolutely worth the purchase.This little printer is amazing! I've run an online business for nearly 16 years and have always wanted a label printer, instead of taping printed labels onto boxes...don't ask my why it took so long to order. Sleek, compact design and well priced. Set up was a bit confusing (total user error, my husband took over and had it running in minutes). Zero issues with aligning the labels. Printing is lighting fast. Honestly makes me so happy to see labels pouring out of the printer knowing I just have to stick them to boxes. Saves SO much time!!

I have had this thermal label printer for about a year and I love it but it also drives me crazy. I love it because it's easy to work and because it doesn't make me waste (thermal) paper when it is measuring the labels as it measures and then it brings them back so you can use them. I have another one at my office that measures and wastes the label, which bugs me quite a bit.The print software that this one comes with is easy to use but i could NOT figure out how to make it work on continuous small labels, like product labels. it just doesn't sync with the size of the label. I don't use that often so it's not a big deal to me.What annoys me about this one is that yes, it is bluetooth but it only connects to your phone bluetooth, not to your computer bluetooth, so when I need to print labels from the computer, I need to actually grab the cable and plug it in. annoying.but here I am, a year later, writing the review now because about a month ago my printer started printing very "Faded", the blacks were a mere gray and you couldn't really see what was happening, and there is no way a bar code reader would've been able to read my labels, so i reached out to OMEZIZY and their customer service was wonderful. they responded quickly and with a few options for me to try, out of which one worked (changing the speed and density of the printer) and problem solved! With that type of customer service, I would buy again.
