I got this for an injury to a ligament in my hand because the one given by my orthopedist was uncomfortable. I wore it into my follow up appointment. My doctor asked me where I found out because she thought it was really great! Very comfortable for what it is. Easy to take off and on. Love it!

However, it's not so restrictive that I can't type and work. It's easy to put on and off and it’s designed to fit either hand. It is relatively comfortable given that it is a brace; I wear it 24/7 without issue. This is exactly what I needed after my injury. Highly recommend.
