Decent Quality and Good Fit
This sink baffle seems to be of good quality and fit neatly in place. It does reduce the ease of passage of food which at first made me think my sink had backed up but then I realized I need to be careful to make sure the food goes down into the disposal. Overall it is a good product at a very fair price.

Perfect replacement for the horrible baffle that came with my Garrison disposal.
This fit the hole in my Garrison garbage grinder perfectly. It took 2 seconds for my wife to install. It prevents splash back and the projectile garbage shooting we've been dealing with. It also let's water go down, unlike the Garrison baffle. This was a life changing purchase.
