Bee Pollen - Low Moisture Whole Granulars - 10 oz

This is a good quality bee pollen, it has a flavor to it. I was told to add honey to this product, and it would help with health and probably allergies. I have been loving this product, feels like a healthy snack. It came in fresh, sealed, and it has a good amount for the price.

I never had bee pollen before and after reading the reviews I figured this would be the best option for the taste. I understand now what people mean by “earthy” flavor. It tastes like honey mostly, but has this odd background flavor I’ve never tasted before. It’s not bad to the point that I dislike it, it’s just different. I put some in my coffee and it makes the taste better and makes my coffee taste like honey.

I love bee pollen. I've been using it for a few years now & feel the difference when I run out. It's truly does help with energy, reduce or remove allergies, boosts immunity reduces inflammation, lowers cholesterol and ladies it's great for skin. It helps reduce acne & makes your skin glow along with many other benefits. It is 40% pure protein & is loaded with all the amino acids, vitamins & minerals all humans need. A 10oz bottle will last quite a few months depending on how many times a day you take. I use 1 tablespoon every morning with my protein shake. The granulas are the size of coarse sea salt and do have an "off" taste at first. Tis is pure bee pollen so its unprocessed. It is NOT sweet or smell like honey but mixed in with food or shake you don't taste it. I personally don't mind the taste but people assume it's crystallized honey. Give it the 30 day challenge and you won't be sorry.

I started taking for health benefits. It delayed my cycle as long as I took it. Cycle was supposed to come Tuesday. I had been taking for like a week or so prior to that Tuesday. It delayed my cycle, but didn't delay cramps. When I didn't take it Saturday (after Tues my cycle was supposed to come), it came the next day; my cramps were horrible for 2 days. Scared to resume taking. Product itself isn't bad, I could tolerate it. Taste was great. Texture was a bit chalky (as expected).

I had a great experience with this product and it was true to its description. My family take it every day and we're still on the first bottle, it's been a little over a month now. I notice a difference in my hair strength, length and thickness, my nails are stronger and grow fast, my energy level is up which is good because I don't drink coffee only tea and I work with children all day plus my own at home. My allergy and kids allergy reaction has seemed to dissipate as well. We don't really like the taste of it but swallowing it with juice or even water is not bad or we like to put it in our oatmeal as well. The pollen itself is very moist and chewy if you like the taste of pollen. I like the natural multivitamin benefits and quality/quantity of this product, I will order again.

I am giving this an indifferent review because we just moved to Florida a couple months ago and it's pollen season so my allergies are in full swing and I think this sent me over the edge. I had heard bee pollen was great for energy along with several other amazing health benefits so I decided to take the plung and try it out. I had just found a solution to my deadly Florida allergies right before I tried this, not even thinking of the correlation. I have never had seasonal or outdoor allergies and have never had allergies to anything I've eaten up until a month ago. I tried just a few little balls of these in my morning smoothie to shake things up a bit, thankfully there is a warning on the bottle that says to work your way up, make sure to adhere to that warning. Within a few minutes I was in the bathroom barfing all of these up and it miserably lasted all day. My daughter has also eaten some of my smoothie, much less than me, but she had no reaction to them. I was able to easily return them and be refunded. If you don't have allergies in full swing, I would look into the health benefits of these and try them. I really wish they worked for me, but I will stick with honey instead.
