It’s an M16 thread if you need to know.
I 3D Printed a holder and put it in my cat’s water fountain. USB and a blinking LED, lets me know when the water is low.

Float switch
Good float switches, sealing method that they are supplied with is good. Only issue I have is iv used these for a storm water pumping station (just under half a metre deep) so I can't find anything else suitable, milltronics are too bulky for the chamber, industrial floats are too big. Probes are hit or miss.So these worked really well at first. But where it's a overflow/storm water pumping station small debris get inside of the chamber. On two occasions now the floats have failed. The duty float got jammed on a tiny bit of debris, and the stop float just got stuck in the closed postion causing the pump to run dry. Good floats just not really designed for my application.

110volt
The description says it can handle 220v supply. But the manual says the limit is 110v. The rating of the cables seems suitable only for low voltage

Long life and reliable.
These little float valves are recommended, long lasting, reasonably priced.

Didn’t work
Tried several times but didn’t work in the van conversion

Worked as advertised
All switches worked when received. Arrived well packed and on time. Suspect read switch inside are only rated for low current operation. So would recommend using a small relay to control any device requiring more than a few milliamperes or inductive.

Works well. 19mm hole (or 16mm if you use your own sealing washer)
The floats bob up-and-down freely in water. The switches are operated by magnets. The magnets are part of the float that is within the fluid, and the electrical contacts are outside the container. If you use the sealing ring that is provided then you will need to create a 19mm diameter hole in the wall of the fluid container. The sealing ring passes through the hole and is then compressed against both sides of the wall. It seems to provide a very good seal. The only problem I foresee is that if the sealing ring perishes and needs to be replaced, I don't know where I'd get a replacement. If you share that concern you could provide your own regular washer or o-ring and in that case you'd only need to create a 16mm diameter hole in the wall of the fluid container. The switches can be used to 'make' the electrical connection when the fluid level rises, or to 'break' the electrical connection when the fluid level rises; according to how you orient them vertically.

Don’t buy
Once they connect under water, they connect current but even switch flipped they don’t disconnect
