Q: how minimal are they? I want to make sure they are not TOO minimal for me. I have a vivobarefoot and they are too minimal. the VFF Jaya are good.

I bought two pairs of these so I guess you would have to say I'm pretty comfortable. I do light running (sculptured trails, parks, city streets (not much) and on myrebounder at home. The single pair of vivobarefoot that I have I are sandals and these don't work well for me but not because of the minimal feature.

Q: Are these shoes true to size?

I'm on my second pair of this shoe and am wishing I had gone up a half size. I am always a true 8 but my toe just barely hits the end. I need wiggle room.

Q: Are these shoes Vegan?

Yes, they are and the soles are Vibram so the will last a long time! Love them

Q: Would these be ok for city running? if no, any suggestions? love merrills and would like to stick with them.
