Would not extend monitors
Needed a set up that works for both Windows laptops as well as MacBooks for two external monitors. With none of the laptops would the extended screen mode work. (Lenovo 2019, Lenovo 2022, Mac 2019, Mac 2022)Tried two HDMI cables, Display Port with MST daisy chaining the screens, USB-C.It would only mirror the external screens, never extend.I have 20+ years professional IT experience. I pulled out every cable in the house.Just not worth the hassle if you want 2 screens. If you just want 1 extra screen and a few extra ports I am sure this is fine, but you can probably get smaller units.Going to try a full docking station instead.TBH I should probably have read the reviews first. Didn't expect USB-C stuff not to work in the year 2022.

3 USB ports DO NOT WORK
There is 6 USB ports and only 3 of them work. I returned the first one because I thought it may just be a faulty item however the 2nd docking station had the same issue. Avoid at all costs, waste of money, waste of time

good quality
I love this docking station because it is compatible with both my MacBook and my Dell laptop. I can use it to charge my laptop and create a dual monitor setup that is huge and beautiful. This product is so versatile and can be easily used as a presentation tool. This is a must-have for anyone who needs to do presentations. This product is easy to use and is compact and easy to store.

Massive Expansion
This useful hub expands one compatible laptop's USB-C/Thunderbolt 3/4 port into thirteen ports. These are:HDMI 1 (4K@60Hz for DP 1.4)HDMI 2 (4K@30Hz)DP (4K@60Hz for DP 1.4)USB 3.1 (10 Gbps)3 x USB 3.0 (5 Gbps)2 x USB 2.0 (480 Mbps)USB-C data transfer (10 Gbps)USB-C 100 W Power DeliveryAudio/Mic 3.5 mmRJ45 Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbps). The docking station works perfectly with my Asus RoG Zephyrus G15 AMD Ryzen 9 Nvidia RTX 3080 15.6" Gaming Laptop (what a mouthful!). It expands one of that laptop's two USB-C ports into a plethora of useful ports, increasing the laptop's functionality by a huge degree. The shell is made from aluminium alloy - an ideal material for the job, as it's lightweight yet strong, plus it's an excellent conductor, meaning when the docking station is operational, heat constantly dissipates from the internal components out through the aluminium shell, thereby preventing the internal components from overheating. The current price of £69.99 is fair. There are docking stations of comparable quality and function retailing at over £100. There's no need to spend that much, though. This docking station performs every bit as well as its more expensive counterparts.

Offers a lot at this price point.
I like this hub's simplicity of form, it has a function, which is bunch of ports, and that's what it does - for a competitive price. When considering what you want from a USB C hub, there's a couple of things to consider. Your hardware/software mix, what it can drive; does your c port support video? Not all USB C ports are made equal. Then you have to consider what you need from the hub.One of the factors that does seem to dictate price is the number of screens a hub can drive (device hardware/software dependent) the more display ports and the more pricey the hub. This has two HDMI ports and a DP port. That said the better hubs tend to offer more in other ways and this hub particularly stands out in this regard. It has three USB A 3.0 ports, and then two USB A 2.0, the latter are still useful for a mouse and keyboard, or a webcam, etc.But that's not the unusual feature, sure there's a further two USB C ports, supporting Pass through charging - meaning you can connect a USB C device, and power your laptop (and the hub) at the same time up to 100w - and somewhat unusually there is a USB A 3.1 port (the orange one)So that's three ports supporting up to 10Gbps data transfer. There's also a Ethernet port and a 3..5mm audio jack port.Normally the decision really rests on how many screen ports you wish for and so require, but this device offers more than just a wealth of display connectivity, but offers better than expected USB ports. In conclusion at competitively priced hub, that has unusual features beside providing for connection a further three screens.
