I have only just opened the clear bag they arrived in, to start on a project, the quality is very good, however I was so disappointed in total I had 9 of the letters Q, quite a few of letters Z and X but only 1 of the letter A, hardly any vowel letters, apart from U. I feel like I have been ripped off
