The zipper is not very strong. it makes a bit of noise, but that’s really not an issue. I don’t understand the reviews saying it’s not waterproof — I’ve checked and it definitely is, and very much so.

Chain quality is not great and no velcro. Mislead information on product
Material is good but chain quality is very poor what they have shown in product details is not correct. Velcro is not there to cover chain and stitching is not strong around chain so be careful while putting on mattress.
