Total rip off!
What a load of crap! As if they didn’t charge enough for their cues now if you want to change the weight it requires an overpriced proprietary tool when a simple Allen wrench would be just as good. No technical benefit just another chance to soak you for some money. You’re better off finding a custom cue maker that is just interested making a good cue and not looking to rip you off.
