I’m very happy with this boombox. It does exactly what I was looking for, and the sound quality is good for its size. It was easy to set up and use, and all of the features worked as expected. What really stood out was the customer service. They responded quickly to my questions, followed up to make sure everything was resolved, and were genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and provides such prompt, friendly support. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

So I was in the market for a compact portable cd/cassette player. I have some old cassettes laying around that I wanted to hear and since I'm old school, I wanted a cd player that I could use anywhere with the multitudes of cds I have. This unit is compact and portable. As far as its functions: The cd player works great so far and the sound/speakers are fine for my uses. Im not a sound techie, I just want to hear the music as its supposed to sound and this seems to do that. Its not tinny or basey as far as I can discern. For the price, I wasn't expecting anything more savvy. The cassette player works as I had hoped! Ff and rew worked fine for me. And it sounds like a cassette sounds. Lol. The aux port works with the included cable. To test I plugged it into my desktop. I also plugged it into some small external speakers and the sound was even better. The sound filled the room with these. Bluetooth worked great. The remote is handy and usable. I didn't install batteries into the unit yet. Tbd how that will work! I also didn't test out the USB function. I don't really have a use for that. My only gripe concerns the radio. This morning, with the airwaves relatively clear, I was only able to tune in 2 local (in town) stations with the antennafully extendedand much fiddling. This is disappointing, but not a game changer i suppose. I didn't really purchase it for this function, but it would've been nice have the option. I will update if this changes. Overall this is a five ☆ product for me for uses and price. It performs all of the functions that I personally bought it for.

It has a remote control which is overkill. It makes picking up where you left off a bit difficult. I like how small it is and the sound is fine for listening to books. It might not be great for listening to music but I haven't tried. Overall it is a nice little player for all of my old books on cassette and cd at a good price.

Great little combo with good sound and looks. I love the versatility that it can do all 3 things. Im enjoying going through all the old CDs and cassette music and it's always good to have a radio during storms that can run off of batteries.

It was a great purchase for my grandfather's 90th birthday. There was a glitch in which the CD player stopped working. The seller was responsive and sent a new quickly. The new radio is working great !! We appreciate the product and the customer service. The sound works well, included instruction are easy to follow.

Unit plays my cds well and the sound is ok , speaker s are average. Would buy again.

Great sound, smaller than other "Boom Boxes". Really nice quality for the price.

I purchased this nice looking little unit as a portable alternative to the larger units I own. It is good to carry this around the house or outdoors and have music at my fingertips wherever I go. However this unit could have been a lot better for the reasons described below. The defect which I found totally unacceptable was the .CD player skipping unpredictably during any given track, usually at the very end or very beginning of a track thereby cutting off the music at those points. I wish to say that all CDs I have played on this unit are clean and undamaged - most of them brand new. Also, the track number one is listening to does not appear - only the timing of said track. This makes it very hard to keep track of (no pun intended) of what I am listening to. Since I have a sizable CD collection these defects were the biggest disappointment with this product. There are however other issues which, had they been thought out and integrated would have made this product a much better value. These may bother some more than others but here goes: 1) There is not as much bass in this unit so calling it a boombox is a bit of a stretch. There is no equalizer so no way to adjust the bass and/or treble. There is a button on the remote to modify the sound a bit but just a bit - classical, jazz, rock. pop and flat that does little to change the sound quality of what you are listening to at the moment. To be fair, the sound quality will depend to a large degree on the source of what you are listening to (quality of recording, engineering etc.) but don't expect to blow the roof off. That said the quality and volume level are more than adequate for a system of this size and cost. 2) The cassette function cannot be operated from the remote. You must use the buttons on the top of the player. Sound quality is good but the cassette mechanism is not auto-reverse. You must switch to the other side manually. May or may not be an issue as not everyone listens to or has this medium anymore but I put this out there as I and I am sure many others still have cassettes from the good old days. 3) Radio stations cannot be changed via the remote. You must manually use the dial on the right side of the player to do so and press another button on the front of the unit to switch from AM to FM and vice versa. The volume can be controlled by the remote but as far as the radio is concerned that's it. That said the reception is excellent on both bands where I live - I can even listen to FM without the antenna raised. I also wish to comment on reviews that criticize the telescopic antenna feature. The reception with a telescopic antenna is infinitely better IMHO than the now ubiquitous wire antennas that can snap off and break at any time and you have to move around whenever reception is fuzzy. 4) The Bluetooth connected quickly with no problem and sounds great. I just wish that the track numbers (or songs as Amazon calls this) appear instead of just the timings just like the CD player. I have not used the USB function so I cannot comment on this. In conclusion, this is a product which could have been a winner due to its sound quality for the price and its general ease of use. If it were not for the skipping CD player I could even live with the above four issues though integrating them would have made the operation of the unit that much easier. But the skipping kills the unit for me and I will be returning it for a refund. The search continues.

This product is not for Indian Market as the unit which was delivered to me runs on 110/120 Volt AC supply and also on 6 C type batteries. No where in India this can be plugged in supply socket, as shown in the instruction manual without a step down transformer with rated current specification. Moreover, the product was picked up for return by Blue Dart company some 3/4 days back but refund has not been initiated either by Amazon or the company. Wonder why there is no quality control check by Amazon and especially for these electronic products, which mostly are supplied defective and appears to be rolled over. After Amazon increased their activity from India, these type of mistrustful business activities has increased manifold. Also, in Amazon site, this product is mentioned as that of USA but on the actual back cover of the product it is clearly mentioned as MADE IN CHINA. My advice not to go for this unit unless you want to run it only on Cell batteries.
