I love this product.I would wake from a sound sleep with cramps in my legs and have to walk the floor in order to get relief.I think the cramps came from the fact that I try to swim laps daily in the pool.Ane at 60+ years of age, I understand that my body does not produce what it use to when I was 30.SO I have been taking this Magnesia 3A for about two years now and have not had any leg cramps to speak of.I also recommended this product to my older sister-in-law and she loves it to.Getting the magnesium I need by taking this with my meals 3 times a day.
