Q: My handle suddenly stopped working, which doesn’t allow me to use the rolling feature. What should I do?

If it doesn't work, please let us know and we'll continue to offer help to you. 1) Pull down the interior zipper and make sure the guide of the telescopic handle is not extremely deformed or have any obvious damage. 2) Identify the pins preventing the handle to come out. (Take note the large size and middle size suitcases have 4 pins. And carry-on size only has 2 pins.) 3) Press the button of the handle and spot out which one of the pins is stuck. 4) Push the pin into the small hole and pull the handle. 5) Close the inner zip, so to restore the interior of your luggage. Q: Is the smaller one true to size? Is it 20in from bottom of Wheels to top of handle?

Q: How much do these each weigh?

I have never weighed them, but they are very lightweight and they have wheels that spin effortlessly. So glad we bought them.

Great luggage!

I love this set of luggage. The purple color is nice and easy to spot in the airport. The carryon is a perfect size. This luggage held up well with no problems on a trip around the world on 2 cruise ships and 3 plane flights. Highly recommend.

Nice set of suitcases

This is a very nice set of suitcase for the price. Not as good as the more expensive ones but works just as good. Need a backup set and this fit the bill. Very happy

Not all expand

We received the luggage. It looks really nice and just as pictured. I should have read the fine print closer. When it says expandable, I just thought they all expanded. Nope. The only one that expands is the one you don’t need to expand, large one, because of weight limits. I wish it was the middle one that expanded because that would make way more sense. Overall, nice luggage, but will now have to purchase an expanded middle one.

Good suitcases for the money

Pleased with these suitcases! We’ve taken these on a couple of flights now and they’ve held up well. Nice rollers. Decent handle. My kids can roll the small one around through the airport. Priced well. Good buy.
