I have had bad tinnitus in my left ear for going on four years and mild in my right ear for about half that time,during that time I've tried 10+ different tinnitus supplement capsules,all with limited results."They" say that the ringing in your ears is in your brain,so brain supplements would be the logical next step,right? GABA gives neurotransmitter support and I'am now convinced that it does just that.The ringing in my bad left ear?down at least 75%,the right ear gone!This on 2 caps between meals in THREE days.This stuff just might knock it out completely.Oh, and it has a over all calming effect to your brain.The ringing in one's ears can drive you nuts,and this stuff is cheaper than any so called tinnitus cap.Highly Recommend.

Gaba seems to help me. I use it to reduce some unwanted body stresses. Look up the purpose and uses for gaba. The most notable affect after taking is a skin and head prickling warming which goes away fairly quickly. It is a known affect. Please adhere with proper medical guidance. GABA is a great supplement for me because it helps me to relax. Kind of takes the edge off. If I’m having a stressful day. I take this as a daily supplement right now just because life is a little stressful right now. It doesn’t make me feel drowsy. I’m still able to think clearly. I don’t use these to help me sleep. The product says take it on an empty stomach. I find that when I take it on an empty stomach, I have this interesting aftertaste in the back of my throat. It’s tolerable and goes away after about an hour. Taking this without food doesn’t upset my stomach.
