a fantastic bit of easy priced ear hearing aid for elderly. delivered on time excellent packaging /instructions.I particularly like the, cherger and the selection of ear socket fitments and adjusting vol and sensor my 90 year old hubby can now hear me and the television news announcers.Can certainly recommend.

Firstly I liked the design, which fitted my ear nicely and was quite discreet. Sound quality was clear and appeared to help filter unwanted background noise. I did find however that device itself had a noticeable background hiss, even at lower volumes. I found this a little annoying, but got used to it.One very positive quality was that it was not prone to howl easily, even when adjusting volume etc .I think this is a useful backup for someone prone to losing their hearing aid. It works well. Is great value for money and looks fine.A useful device to have at the family’s disposal.It also came in a good quality storage case and being rechargeable is a great bonus.

The volume control did not work, so I was left with a fixed, and too loud reception. Further the frequency filter did not work, or at least the promised sound effects: di, didi, dididi an didididi were not hearda. A shame really because it was priced quite reasonably.So I returned it to Amazon for a refund. No replacement was offered. I am still waiting for the refundafter a week.

This certainly is a great improvement to the normal hearing aids supplied by the NHS which have never been that good, the biggest problem with these is that they are very big and if you have small ears as i have they stick out like a sore thumb.Having said that they do work quite well and they do have different size ear tips which most don't which is a good thing as all the others i have tried have one size which i have never large been able to use.I will probably get another one.

Would have preferred ear buds type but kept getting high pitched feedback. Most annoying!Had no problem with this make, only that when I went to buy another one, it was outofstock.

It hurts your ears, control function doesn’t work, only one in box. Had to send back

Wasn't expecting too much after another cheapie let me down but this one has proven great value for money. Once properly fitted no feedback probs. Clear amplification.

I got this while my hearing aid is out for repair. Considering the cheapest hearing aid is about x30 the price of this device this is not too bad, but don't expect miracles. This is as reading glasses you get from your local pharmacy are to proper prescription glasses.Volume control is good, but it still amplifies EVERYTHING so some background noise is too loud, when people raise their voice is not pleasant. I used it for office meetings did the trick but if you have used a proper hearing aid obviously nowhere near the sound quality. Overall good value for money.
