I grow a few flowers every year and used to use paper between heavy books. This took weeks/months to dry and sometimes, they molded. This press is so easy to use and the results are great. fFlowers also that retain their color. I am careful with flowers that have a lot of moisture in them, but still, I have done roses and other delicate flowers. Follow the instructions for best results. One of my favorite things!

This is a nifty little flower presser. Sure beats waiting a couple of weeks when pressed in a book. I gave it 4 stars because the little handles kept popping off during use. I still got perfectly dried flowers on my first try. I followed the directions exactly, and that is why I had such a good experience. Don't skimp any steps! It is early springtime in the Rockies, so I went and bought a bouquet of varied flowers at the store. Am looking forward to foraging wildflowers in the mountains. Price on this item was fine for me, and I would definitely recommend it for those of you are looking for a quick way to press lovely flowers.

I actually really love this! I have the microfleur and love them both for different reasons. Large work area and I feel keeps the colors a little more true to color.

Works very well! The cotton cloths stain with each use, especially if you mist them with water. Would be nice if the companty sold extra cotton cloth sheets. The flowers get stuck to the cloth and it does not help when I mist. I have learned to let them cool down and tug the cotton, as a video I found recommended. The holes are very good for ventialtion. I flip the press over each time i put it in the microwave, because the bottom gets so hot, even on 10 seconds!!

Used this to press daughters wedding flowers. Great little flower press. Highly recommend.

This was a fun purchase. A way to save bouquets of flowers. There is definitely a learning curve as to how well they will dry and the time it takes in the microwave. I find I have to flip it over after 30 seconds and take the flowers out right before they are completely dehydrated to keep the petals from browning. I will let the drying process complete on my counter. I do wish it came with more cotton squares. I washed one set and the edges frayed beyond belief and the fabric shrank a good deal even when washed on cold. I would recommend hand washing items. I had them in a garment bag and it was too much.

I am very impressed with how my flowers turned out! They dried perfectly and they kept their colors! The only downside to microwaving flowers is they do let off a smell. Microwaving flowers is very fast and prevents your flowers from getting moldy unlike pressing your flowers the regular way. I pressed my wedding flowers and half of them got thrown out because they were moldy. I wish I discovered this a few months prior when I got married. I recommend microwaving for 30 seconds first, opening and letting all the steam out. At this point the flowers are fragile but pliable enough you can manipulate the petals so it looks the way you want it. Then microwave in 15 seconds increments to prevent any burning. Make sure to open it each time to allow the moisture to escape!
