Excelente laptop
Le compré esta laptop a mi hijo hace más de un año para que haga sus tareas y también la usa para jugar la verdad hasta ahora no ha tenido ningún problema y la usa a diario a él le encanta y por el precio la verdad muy bien

Worth it!
Excellent laptop for the money! Gaming is very smooth and graphics are decent. Very fast CPU. You can’t beat the price for what you get!

Beautiful starter computer, but FYI you can’t upgrade GPU
Beautiful budget laptop for running games. It has a weaker graphics card so just be advised that the GPU is the bottleneck for these machines. This is not a product you buy and upgrade for game performance but if you want to play casual games(the sims, mid res death stranding, etc) it does the job. Battery is less than average when gaming so use it to stay home and play or be close to an outlet.

Capable of high ram capacity
This unit is great. I don't have much to add to other reviews. But I can confirm that this model is easily upgradable to 64gig of memory. I used a gskill ripsaw kit at 1.2v. Its only seven small screws and a little bit of gentle manipulation to remove the back.

Not an authorized HP vendor
Within two months of purchase the battery became faulty and no longer kept a charge. I contacted the vendor who advised me to contact HP. HP claimed that my warranty had expired and when I disputed it they informed me that this vendor is not an 'authorized HP vendor' and that the 1 year warranty was not applicable. When I contacted the vendor they refused to replace the laptop, battery, or reimburse for HP to repair the laptop because they are a 'third party vendor'. I had expected to have access to the 1 year warranty at purchase but this was NOT the case. Buyer beware.

Vale cada centavo, solo desearía un puerto más USB pero ya es tema del fabricante. Acabé hace unos momentos de añadirle un módulo de 16 GB para tener 24 en total y corre fantástico.

My son recommended this one to me, he was not wrong. I absolutely love this laptop so far. Not had it very but highly recommend it so far. Worth the price.
