The Best Kitchen Utensil You Didn't Know You Needed
Best tools in my kitchen! These utensils are not the cheap wooden ones you find in your local store. They are durable and, more importantly, balanced to fit comfortably in your hand. I didn't know how great a kitchen utensil could feel until I bought these. I bought a second set for my camping trips. These wooden implements are handy for many uses: sauteing, frying, spreading things, even cutting and serving cornbread or brownies. They don't scratch nonstick surfaces or cast iron pans.If you cook, do yourself a favor and order the set, or at least visit the earlywood.com website to learn about these items, how to use them, how to care for them, why they are such high quality.

These are amazing!
I was looking for two thin wooden spoons or spatulas to use simultaneously while cooking. I was debating between the thin spatula and the cast iron scraper. This bundle would let me try both. I absolutely love the 13 inch thin spatulas. I cannot believe how much I like them. It makes so much easier to toss the food while cooking and they are so lightweight and comfortable to use. Not bulky like wooden spoons. I can also easily scrape the sides of the pan and remove fond without worrying about damaging my pots and pans. I made Mongolian beef in my wok and these spatulas made it so much easier to flip the thin strips of beef and separate them so they didn't clump together. I love to cook and am shocked at how handy these are. I am glad that I didn't get 2 of the 10 inch cast iron scrapers because they would have been shorter than I preferred. I haven't used the butter scraper and probably won't get much use out of it. Overall, I am thrilled with this set and it really is more than just a thin stick.

amazing
i use these things for everything. paddling dough, sushi rice, caramelizing onions, you name it. the ends round out within the first couple uses and hold that shape well. ive been using tsubaki oil to keep them nice and theyre gorgeous. have yet to feel like one is going to break while using it.

Simple wood tools that feel great in your hand
Got these after being unhappy with some other wood utensils. The spatulas are light and maneuverable, making it easy to manipulate food in the pan and long enough to avoid singing my knuckles while still easier to turn delicate items than with a wider spatula with a thinner handle. The scraper is a bit wider and works well in my carbon steel pans for moving around ground meats/picadillo.The spreader is is a nice non-metallic tool for butter.I use a bees wax cutting board conditioner to keep them from getting bleached/dried out after a few washes with dish soap.

I am a huge Earlywood fan
I purchased a couple of the cast iron scrapper/spatulas from Earlywood a couple years ago. I bought two; one to use, one to have as a comparison (new). The one I used all the time has turned darker, but has not cracked or split, and still looks amazing.I bought this set because of the great results I had with the first piece. I also bought a set of spreaders.

Perfect in every way!!!
I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of these utensils. I previously only used olive wood utensils but these are by far my new favorites. I also just ordered and received the ladle and it is magnificent.
