I want the real thing for anything more than occasional recreational photos in the water. This waterproof case do provide is peace of mind when splashing around at the pool, kayaking down a river, or hanging out at the beach. It keeping liquid out and prevents dust from making its way. The most important thing is with this case on you still can use the touchscreen. Definitely a must have case when you go to the beach or swimming pool and want to take photos or videos.

Kept the cell phone and cash dry. Did not submerge, but was held with wet hands and exposed to splashing.

The description for this product states that there's no delay because of the thin plastic - I tried with my and my husband's iPhone 7 and while it's true when touching the screen, the home button doesn't work with this product. No matter how many times it was depressed, it didn't activate the lock screen nor exit an app to the home screen.

I wasn't impressed with this. I felt like it was going to tear, it was so cheaply made.

I bought this for a vacation I took recently. I wanted to be able to keep my phone with me so I could take pictures. It kept my phone dry every time I was in the ocean and the pool. I would definitely recommend!!!

Works great, I tested at home before I risk my phone into water, it's just fine and safe to use phone under the water.
