After reading most reviews, I decided to go with the 13" elite firm Serta Full mattress. As someone who is 24, commutes to college, loves to dance & practice yoga, and is active with their boyfriend.. I would sometimes endure neck pain, hip pain, headaches and a tossing and turning kind of sleep BEFORE this mattress. Since the end of February, I have slept like a baby. No neck pain, no headaches, no sore hips from sleeping too hard on my side etc. The elite firm mattress is perfect for a great night sleep and I haven't woken up with any of those pains that I once did with my super old twin hybrid mattress. Finally found a mattress that can keep up with my overall active lifestyle and sometimes sore body.Me and my bf can sleep super comfortably on the full size mattress with no issues. He's about 250 and I'm about 180 and there's no sagging thus far, and the edge support is stable. With a constant air flow (fan, ac or window breeze) the mattress stays cool and comfortable.I mentioned my boyfriend and I were active, well the firm mattress is amazing for that as well and keeps up with us. For about 5 months it has given me no reason to complain about pain or lack of support and my bf can agree. I'm extremely happy with the size and performance of it. If I had the room, I would've actually gone with a queen or even a king.The box the mattress came in was surprisingly easy to maneuver even though it isn't compressed.*But I want to mention, I purchased an extra 20 dollar delivery fee for the delivery drivers to bring it upstairs to my room of choice... which was so fricking worth it*Although I am 5'4, I had my boyfriend who is 6'5 help me cut it out of the box and move it onto the bed I also bought from Amazon.I'm so very happy with my purchase from Serta. I'm also so very happy they offer these specific mattresses at affordable costs on Amazon. 🥲 Thank you ♡

Fantastic bed, but watch the prices, plan ahead. I purchased 2 of these within 4 days of each other and less than a week later the price drops 25%.I know amazon gets hassled by nickel and dime complaints. In my opinion though, major drops within days could be worked out. Could just return and repurchase but sending a mattress back is gross.Between the 2 beds it's 150$ differential.So plan your purchases watch the prices on alert.I have a condition called ankylosing. For me , I need a rigid firm bed with as little transfer as possible.I loved my old bed so much after many bad purchases that I held on to it far too long. It too was a Serta. It never sagged , rather it cantilevered with the middle springs all tilting some 4 " over the base. I bought it in 2006.For that, I stuck with the brand.This bed doesn't use any b.s. it is springs compressed and framed in and covered with some soft layers of foam, gel, pads etc so you don't feel like you are in prison.What it does not have is nonsense like 35" of memory foam, heat and cool, air bags, tilt ...... it's a bed made like they should be.And it didn't cost an arm and a leg.It is ultra firm. I am 250+ pounds and it doesn't transfer. When you turn YOU turn . Your back isn't triggering while a floating marshmallow gives way beneath your self and to the side.Not saying this is a mattress for everyone.But if you are like me and been burned by "firm" "super firm" or "reinforced sides"Well here...ultra firm means ultra firm. You would need a prison bed, or a Korean granite bed, or a parking lot to find the next level..... this is firm, but has some cush and quilt and barely any transfer which at 250lbs can be substantial.A+ let's see if it holds up.

I bought this mattress in October of last year, and now it has a terrible sag in the middle. There's a horrible dip in the center of the mattress. I don't recommend it at all. Less than a year of use, and with that sag, you could say it's a total loss. I will try to contact them to see if I am entitled to a warranty or if it was definitely a waste of money. As soon as I get a response from them, I will post another review.

Been a long time coming to get this bed. I got it in Prime day. Yes, it is weird buying a bed without trying it. But if you are like me and know what you like, this bed is for you. I wanted a firm bed that was tall and did not come in a box. I had luck with many years of use from my last Serta bed. My hips have never had such relief. I am very happy to have gotten this bed. My back pain just got worse and worse. Firm is key. I jump out of bed in the morning with no back pain. Hallelujah!

I bought this to replace a plush pillowtop mattress that served us well for seven years. I wanted something plush but with enough support to help with my back and side pain. So I'm happy this mattress doesn't have extreme give, but it is a *firm* mattress - to the point that I'm already feeling some shoulder pain as a side sleeper. To call it plush is laughable. I'm willing to give it more time to break in, though. Might add a mattress topper for more plushness. I do like that it doesn't make noise and has decent edge support. There's no unevenness or sagging. It seems heavy duty, like it will last a while. Packaging was good. I've definitely slept on worse - it just isn't what I was expecting.

I purchased this mattress because I was sick of sleeping on couches, futon mattress for about 15 years. II have a degenerative bone disease, bulging disc in my back as well as rheumatoid arthritis I am 66. Its always a gamble buying something on line especially a mattress. However I bought this because of the individually wrapped coils and the several layers of foam support and the plush pillowtop. I needed both the support and the softness. I can honestly tell you it took 2 days to get used to it, it had been sooo long for me sleeping on a regular mattress. I could not be happier!!!!!! Best mattress I found for my physical problems. This may not be for everyone But if you have issues like I do you might want to consider this mattress. I finally get some MUCH NEEDED REST
