Shinrin Yoku

As soon as I opened the book the colour and prints looked so beautiful and after reading 10-13 pages, it calmed me down and made me realise that forest bathing is so important for everybody irrespective of their age ...the images are black and white yet they seem so colourful...i bought this book after reading ikigai and ikigai journey ...now I am a big fan of the authors ...thanks for writing these books ...we appreciate your work ..
