I love this rice cooker!I live in my van and what used to be a 1-3 hour cooking ordeal to make lunch and dinner over a propane stove has turned into an easy and quick delicious process.I have made everything in this rice cooker - think of it more as a crock pot on the go.I often add vegetables and spices right into the water along with rice or beans or lentils.Turns out great everytimeIts never overheatedThe only downside is the pot isnt removeable from the base so it makes cleaning a little difficult since you have to be careful not to get the electronics wet.I lost the charger and the company sent me another one free of charge - thats great customer service!Thnks

We got the unit for our van on road trips. The first time we used it was a bit confusing since we lost the instruction booklet and only Chinese was written on the unit. After a few tried we figured out that the green means the rice is cooked and the red means it is not ready. The hard part was we did not know what light need to be on when we first turn it on. Anyhow, the rice came out very nice and we used it to warm up our pastry also. So far it has worked perfectly and it is very convenience for our use. It is a bit harder to clean as we do not have the option of removing the pan similar to the larger rice cooker. Overall excellent product for the price and use.

I used it for one week road trip, cooked rice with cabbage and sausage several time. It took about 40-50mins. Very convenient. Excellent product, only little complain is the power plug is easy to loose if you move the cooker around, otherwise I will give 5 star. Highly recommend for road trip.I used it again for one week road trip, it worked perfect. Introduced to many of my friends who like to car travel, they all love this product.

Im a truck driver and i use this product on the road. It worked great for about a month. With each use i noticed the power cord got very hot. Not just warm but very very hot. I didnt think too much of it a few weeks back the fuse in the power cord burned out so i replaced with the new fuse provided with the purchased and about 2 days ago the cord got so hot that i thought it was gonna catch on fire and it started to to emit a powerful smell as if it was burning. At that risk of setting myself and my truck in fire i turned it off and never used it again

I just bought one 12V mini rice cooker, and found the enclosed fuse is 10A 250V not 8A 12V as the ads.Is this correct shipment for my 12V mini cooker?

Used while overlanding, worked great, easy and enough for 2 people worth of food, cooked rice with corn, frozen precooked steak strips all perfectly heated up together and ready to eat by end of camp setup
