Works Great, has helped with neck and hand aches
I got this to hold my Samsung S7+ with a 12.4 in screen. The height of the stand is high enough that I can sit on the couch and adjust the arm to eye level. The stand can reach to around 4ft in height, but this is with the entire arm fully extended and "flat". The foot piece slides easily under the couch and is heavy enough to counteract the weight of the tablet. However, if the tablet is not in line with the foot piece, the stand does tip over and would need to be under a piece of furniture. Due to physics, the only way to fix this is to make the foot even heavier and, therefore, harder to move. The foot has a felt over the entire bottom to protect the floor. I have hardwood floors, and I have observed no scratches from the foot. The pole does wobble a little in the foot, and I have tried to tighten it more, but it just spins as you can not fully tighten it to allow for turning the pole for positioning. The V shaped arm at the top is stiff and held with nuts/bolts and springs. It does allow for loosening or tightening. I have mine tightened done fully due to the size of my tablet and the angle I am using it. The clasp for holding a device clamps down tight to the sides. It does not touch the screen at all and I barely notice it. I do have a complaint about the back of the clasp. It is held onto the stand by tightening down on a metal ball, which does allow for positioning, however it is to smooth and it often allows the tablet to droop, it takes a bit of adjusting to find a position with the back arm that holds the tablet where I want but does not allow the drooping. I do have to add that my tablet is heavy, a smaller device may not have the drooping issue. The entire stand is made of durable metal (not cheap easily bent stuff) but the bearing on the back of the clasp is the one part I wish was made of something with friction. Ended up putting a finger tip from a plastic glove over the ball and it has caused enough friction to stop the drooping. I use this mainly for gaming, but it would work for anything really. Being able to have a stand to hold my tablet while I use it has helped the ache I would get in my hands, arms and neck while trying to hold the tablet up close to eye level or sitting in my lap looking down. There is some assembly needed when first taking it out of the box, but it is very simple and only took a few minutes. I looked over many different stands and this one was the only one that I could find that was able to hold a large tablet, could stand on the floor, was sturdy and made well.

Great purchase
I’ve been using this for 8 months now. I use it for my switch and phone, I’m disabled so some days I can’t always hold up my stuff. This stand is great honestly. It allows charging of the phone easily and it’s good quality. Only issue I guess is if you hit it, it will swing around 😂 but it holds on to the device so I’m good with that too!

Surprising - High quality and very usable
I save 5 stars for a life changing experience, so this gets four stars. This product is well built and has an easy to put together design. My Grannie could do it but she has been dead for a good 55+ years so it seems that I would not get much assembly help from her. It holds my Galaxy Tab S9 just fine, though just barely. I had to remove the folio case i normally keep it in. because it adds too much width in landscape mode. The gripper mechanism is around 11 inches wide qt the maximum, so the folio case adds around an extra half inch or so to the landscape width. This means I can use the gripper mechanism on the narrow sides fairly easily, but my folio case cover gets in the way of the gripper mechanism. it's not a big deal, but it would be nice to not have to leave the tqblet unprotected if it ever tips over. I don't think tip over situations are likely, the base seems more than heavy enough to balance the weight of my tablet, And the articulating arms are quite stiff, so they are fairly resistant to gravity and a potential changing to unbalanced situation. Still it would be nice if the device could open, say, an inch or so wider to accomodate a case. With 12 and 14 inch screen tablets becoming more common, I should think a modest change of this sort would be welcomed. Id also like to see a tiny platform on the back to support the mini docking station. To be useful the way Im using the stand, that docking station just hangs from the cable in mid-air and I worry that it might weaken the type C docking port on the tablet. I think I'd be willing to pay a bit more for these two changes if I have to buy another. I'd buy this again without any question. On the whole, it's been a positive experience.

Impressive Product Upgrade and Stellar Customer Service – A Vendor That Truly Cares!
I originally purchased the Tablet Floor Stand, Adjustable Universal 360-degree Rotatable Metal Tablet Holder with high hopes of using it for hands-free viewing and working with my iPad Pro. The design looked solid, and the adjustability was exactly what I needed. However, my initial experience was a bit disappointing. Initial Product Experience: When I first set it up, I noticed that the stand couldn’t hold the weight of my tablet properly. Despite tightening everything, the arm would slowly droop downward under the weight of the device. It was frustrating, especially since the product description claimed it could support tablets up to 12.9 inches. I ended up returning it, thinking it just wasn’t up to the task. A Surprising and Impressive Follow-Up: To my surprise, shortly after the return, I received an email from the company. They informed me that they had redesigned the base, upgrading it to a 3kg (11 lbs) version to better support heavier devices. I appreciated the follow-up, but what really blew me away was what happened next… They Sent Me the New Version – For Free! Out of nowhere, a new stand showed up at my door. The company had sent me the improved version without me even asking for it. That kind of proactive customer service is incredibly rare these days and speaks volumes about how much this vendor values their customers. The New Version – A Huge Improvement: The upgraded stand is soooooooo much better than the original. The heavier base makes a huge difference — it now holds my iPad Pro securely in place with no sagging or slipping. The 360-degree rotation and adjustable height still work smoothly, and now I can actually use it confidently for video calls, reading, or even drawing. Final Verdict: This experience turned from a minor disappointment into a major win. The product now performs exactly as advertised, and the company’s dedication to improving their product and taking care of their customers is truly commendable. Highly recommended product — and even more so, highly recommended vendor. If you’re on the fence, know that you’re buying from a company that listens, improves, and stands behind what they sell.

My wife laughs at me, but...
This is one of my favorite products I have ever purchased! I like to read in bed with my kindle but circulation to my hands would get cut off often enough that my hands would start to numb. I tried a few other products that aimed to help, but none of them were either 1. long enough, or 2. mounted sturdily enough. I saw this floor stand and decided to give it a try. PROS: - Setup was simple and I was able to read using this within a few minutes. - There is even an opening in the mount to allow for charging while using the device! - The boom arm is long and easily adjustable to accommodate nearly any position. - Works with phone, tablet, and kindle - Can also be used with a boom mic for zoom meetings or recording - Affordable CONS The only nit I have with this is that, at least on my unit, the screw in the base that is supposed to secure the boom arm doesn't allow the screw to tighten deep enough to really secure the boom, meaning I can just lift it right out. It hasn't ever fallen out, though, so I view this a very minor inconvenience. My wife really does laugh at me when she sees me using it like this for reading, but it has improved my quality of life so much that I don't care! Haha, maybe I should buy another for her so she can see just how awesome this is. If you're looking for a solid stand to hold a device for you, this is the one for you! Tyler

Look no further, if you want one, get this one!
Exceeded expectations and became one of the best budget buys I’ve made in years. Ive bought alot of articulated arm type things, from mic stands, camera arms, phone holders, lamps, ect. And I can honestly say this thing has one of the best arms for the price ive ever used. Its easy to adjust and then once you get it right it stays where you want and never sags. The only slight caveat id warn for, is the shape of the base does mean if you swing the arm too far off out of line, it may tip over. but this was simple to fix by just sitting a slightly weighted object on the base so its less prone to lifting. If your putting this under a low bed or can just sit a nightstand or whatever on it this wont be an issue at all, and even if you arnt any ol’ thing can prevent this from happening so its hardly an issue. Just something to consider as you set it up. Can hold a good few angles and ive ended up using it as not only my bed time tablet holder, but also for taking pics or vids with my phone when I needed a simple tripod type setup.

Ball joint doesn’t move (updated review)
The ball joint doesn’t move despite being advertised as being able to move. It really limits the rotation ability and I’m not able to set it at the angle I want. UPDATE BELOW Seller reached out to me that they could send a replacement ball joint and I agreed. Seller responded that they instead sent a new one since they don’t have the separate part, so I thought that was nice. However when the new one came in the mail, what was sent seemed to be totally different, not just an updated ball joint. What came in the package was an arm, a clamp for a tablet, and a base that can clamp on the side of furniture (not a stand like the original design). The arm was longer in length, and the clamp for the tablet was wider, so the measurements are different than what is advertised in the description. At first I tried to use the new arm with the old stand base as I thought this was more of a replacement, but when I attached the new arm to the old stand, it was not stable bc the new arm end piece was thinner than the old arm end piece. And even when tightening the screw, the neck was wobbly due to the size difference in the diameter of the ends. I attached a video showing the new arm in the old stand. The new arm was much longer than the old arm which created some balance issues with the old base, it was more prone to tipping over. But that’s easily remedied by just bending the arm more to make it shorter in length and stick out less horizontally Another difference was the width of the clamp piece that holds your tablet. The original one is advertised as holding a tablet as small as 4.7 inches in width, which is perfect for me as I use this for my kindle. The new one however was about 5.5 inches at its shortest width, which is too big to hold my kindle, so I’m not able to use it. I tried clamping it vertically so that the clamped part was the top and bottom of my kindle but even then it didn’t fit securely in there because of my kindle case (which is not the fault of the product), my kindle would pop out. But the original clamp on the original stand was able to hold my kindle just fine even with the case on it due to the depth being a little deeper in that clip version. I did try using the old clamp with the new arm just by popping them easily on the opposite ball joints and was able to do that and both fit well. So if I wanted to, I could use the old clamp with the new arm (with the new ball joint), and the new clip on base. But the only place I can clamp it on is my headboard. I bought the original stand because it was a stand and was therefore more easily portable to whatever part of the house I wanted to use it. By itself, the new version they sent me would work well for someone that wished to clamp their tablet holder onto a piece of furniture and had a larger tablet to hold. It feels sturdy. It just isn’t what I was looking for portability wise and too large for my kindle. I also don’t understand why they sent a completely different version compared to what was advertised in the product description, as the product description is why I bought the thing in the first place. I’ll add one star to my previous review because they reached out to me twice to try and remedy things. First was after I posted my review asking if I wanted a refund, but I didn’t feel right accepting that because I was still going to use the original product even with the defective ball joint. They later reached out to me again saying they have a new ball joint to fix my problem and asked if I wanted it sent to me. So support seems good, but my original problem stays the same, but that’s fine as I can still use the stand with the defective ball joint.

Sturdy, easy setup stand — perfect for hands-free Kindle or iPad use
I wanted a stand that would let me read on my Kindle without holding it for long stretches. I’ve tried lap desks and propping solutions before, but none were convenient for hands-free reading in bed or on the couch. Assembly was refreshingly simple — it took only a few minutes, and all the pieces fit together without hassle. The stand felt stable right from the start, with no wobbling once tightened. Pros (What I Liked) • Maneuverability: The arm adjusts smoothly and holds its position well, so I can angle the screen exactly where I want it. • Clamp quality: The tablet clamp grips securely without scratching, and it locks my Kindle in snugly. • Versatility: While I bought this for my Kindle, it feels sturdy enough for my iPad too, which makes it more useful than I expected. • Hands-free comfort: Great for long reading sessions without straining my hands or neck 4. Cons (What Could Be Better) So far, I haven’t run into any issues. If anything, the base does take a bit of space, but that’s expected for the stability it provides. 5. Extra Notes / Evidence I’ve used this daily for a couple of weeks, and the joints haven’t loosened. The clamp still holds tight, even after repeated adjustments. Who This is For / Not For • For: Anyone who reads or streams on a tablet/e-reader and wants true hands-free use. • Not for: Very heavy devices (large pro-size tablets with cases might be pushing it).
