Great for the do it yourselfer
This worked great for me. I did have to turn the shaft down to fit my guides on the 70 YO ford 8N I was working on. I only used one of the cutters but I'm a do it yourselfer and might need the others on another project someday. :)

Just OK
This kit might be fine for a motor scooter or lawnmower motor (as per the description) but not for anything more serious. Quality is fair; machining is Just OK, threads rough, cutter grind somewhat questionable. Five cutters, one at 20 degrees and four with small variations in diameter at 45. Seems to me that it would be more useful if one of those was a 60 degree cutter.
