Great tasting sweetener for baking
I have been using Pure Via for baking in all varieties for a while and can honestly highly recommend them. There is no aftertaste from baked goods. I have made simple all in one recipes and brownies where whisking eggs and sugar seems to take a fortnight and these sweeteners have performed better than “normal” sugar. As a diabetic, I’ve had no problems eating food made with them and compared with other brands I consider Pure Via good value for money.

Excellent natural caster sugar alternative
This is my second favourite from the Pure Via range, just after their brown sugar alternative. The caster version is light, easy to measure and blends very smoothly into hot drinks.The sweetness level is not as strong compared to what I was used to with sucralose, but I am switching over to more natural and plant-based sweeteners. I’ve mainly used it for coffee and it performs well without any strange aftertaste.It’s also keto- and vegan-friendly, and I appreciate the use of acacia gum as a fibre source which seems to be much gentler on digestion. I’ve had no stomach issues at all with regular use.My only minor feedback is that it’s not quite as rich in flavour as the brown sugar version, which remains my personal favourite. Otherwise, this is a fantastic caster sugar alternative and a strong 4 stars from me.

Need to eat what you've baked on the day of baking
Baking goes hard on the outside when using this product although the inner texture was good. I won't be buying again.

Expensive but worth it
Used this a few times for baking. Just made a rhubarb crumble with it, it’s just like sugar. It’s expensive but the best sugar alternative I’ve used. Will buy again
