Delicious, unique chili paste
Great flavor unique to Peruvian cooking. Not particularly hot, which is fine for our family. My chicken and sauce were both fantastic!

Delicious aji amarillo paste. The perfect amount of sweet heat that isn't overwhelmingly spicy. Makes an amazing aioli that is great on everything! The quality of the ingredients is amazing. The vibrant color is appetizing, and the flavor is authentic.

Love this ají amarillo paste! Always purchase this brand, Inca’s Food. Will continue to use it as long as I can purchase this paste. Value is good. Taste is great! Heat level is what I grew up with in Peru! It was sealed till I unsealed it to use it. Lasts a while in the fridge.
