This is also a helpful resource for people working with parents that offers positive parent-friendly strategies along with hundreds of fun activities that families will enjoy together.

I am getting a better understanding of how facilitating daily rhythms helps create self regulation. I thought it was all about the quality of interaction alone. Also great for parents who are new to attachment parenting.

This is probably the second best parenting book I’ve ever read. It was concrete, practical, and got right to the point. It gave me great tools to feel I can build more connection with my children.
