15" Stretching and Balancing Exercise Board

Sturdy and durable

I have problems with tight calf muscles. I wanted to be able to get something of a dynamic stretch hoping that over time I could continue to get a great range of motion and flexibility. So I chose this over a more fixed arrangement. The others I was looking at were fixed angles of 15, 20, 25, 30 degrees etc...I found this to be rather perfect for me. With a different range of motion in each leg I am able to still stretch each leg by simply standing on 1 leg a time when I want to. This board is stable enough to support this without any issues at all.I do find that balancing can be challenging at times. So I just arrange myself facing into a something I can use as a balancing aid. In my office I use a tall book case. I can also use a wall or desk, I just prefer something of a comfortable height. Over time I am hoping that that will no longer be needed as things improve including my skills.Given that I bought one and then a second for use at work I honestly think this stretching board is amazing and incredibly useful.

This rocker board has been very helpful! I’m using it daily to help regain my range of motion. It’s been a great investment for me.

This board is great for rocking side to side or front to back. I use it to stretch my hamstrings while working at my standing desk. It's well made and finished.

I used a teeter board at physical therapy and decided I needed to use it at home also. I like this board even better than the one they had at PT. It's well made and works very well.

This rocker board arrived in a box that was within a cardboard mailing box. It was well protected and it was in perfect condition. It is sturdy and well made, with no rough edges. The board is like the one my therapist has, except it is about 2 inches shorter. I have been using it to improve my balance which is just right for a beginner. I would recommend this rocker board to family and friends.

This item is a wonderful therapy item for plantar fasciitis therapy and that's why I ordered it. The reason for my ordering it is because I am in physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and this is one of the aids the therapist has me using and I wanted it for exercising at home. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars overall because it arrived with one of the sides not intact. It was definitely shipped that way - the damage did not occur during shipping. Fortunately, I was able to fix it to the way it is supposed to be. Considering that this is a ROCKER board that someone will stand on a lot, it should never have been shipped in anything but a perfect state. Other than that, it's a good item.

Use on a rug because it slips on hard floors like hardwood floors and tile.
