This item has good qualitu sound, however when I try to use it at work, my caller is unable to hear me clearly. It's frustrating for me to repeat every word I said when I'm talking to someone using the mic.

Holding up so far. The sound quality is excellent, and it has a pretty good comfortable feel to it. I am not a fan of the button controls that are on it, but it’s not a deal breaker because I use it for Microsoft Teams 99% of the time and I always use the mute icon in Teams itself. I do like the “mute” button that is on the end of the microphone, but I wish that it showed as muted on the pc screen when it is pressed (I have a different brand headset/microphone that does have a screen icon). When you press the mute button on this headset it does send a sound chime that you hear in the headset, but when you “unmute” there is no sound chime.Those are the only real “complaints” I have for this, but these are not anything that would cause me to not purchase it again if needed. They fold and collapse, and the microphone piece can be unplugged so that it can all be placed in the nice carrying case that comes with it. I like that because it lets me put it in my laptop bag for when I go to the office.

These headphones are worth the money spent compared to high quality headphones, the sound is crisp, clear and not to mention the base is awesome. Just like the description says, these can be used virtually for any application, and the sound quality that comes out from the headphones is amazing. The ear muffs are comfortable and soft, however if you are not used to having headphones for over 20 - 30 minutes, they can be a little annoying on your ears, other than that this is an amazing product for the money.Now on the volume control, it's not precise but you can always adjust the volume with the mouse by clicking on the speaker icon. So there you have it. Hope this helps you out.

I initially liked these- they are comfortable and its so nice to be able to move away from my computer but still hear if a call comes in. The instructions don't have a lot of information and so when I accidentally muted them and my caller couldn't hear me, I was frantically trying to solve the problem with the scrap of paper with the directions. I ended up discovering the issue by accident.The next time I used them, they worked fine on my first call and did not work on my second call. The lights were on on the dongle and the headset, but it acted like it wasn't pairing and the computer reverted back to it's garbage speaker and microphone. I just cannot have this happening, so ended up buying a different pair.I also didn't like that you couldn't move the microphone.So, all in all, these weren't for me. Maybe someone with more computer savvy could have fixed the issue, but my weekly volunteering is my first experience with working from home and if I can't fix things quickly with the directions provided, it just won't work for me.

Not a super high quality product, but a solid product for light cellphone use. If that is your need, this is a great fit. Not for music, not for daily/constant use - it has a purpose and you should try only to use it for that. Good bass response, a little light on midrange, good on higher frequencies. Audio seems biased for teleconference use, not music. Volume is limited, so some voices may be just too low for those with hearing difficulties. Again - this headset is for cellphone pairing, and it does that job inexpensively and adequately. Rechargeable battery DOES last a LONG time (very pleased with that)!! Good purchase for light teleconferencing.
