just in 3 months started facing gear shifting troubles, contacted firefox customer care, complaint was booked, after 15 days they called and asked to send invoice and vdo of the issue, the same was sent. after a 15 days recd an email bluntly stating it must be taken to store without any details of where the store is near my place/ no contact number. even after repeated requests to share the store location. No response. Better purchase some other brand from a local merchant for trouble free purchase/installation and service.
