yes it definitely has an oversized fit. i’m 130lbs and 5’4. i ordered a small and it fit me like an large. wider rather than longer in that sense.

Q: I normally wear an xl-xxl what size should i get because i don't want the baggy shirt look ?

This shirt tends to run large. If you don't want a baggy look sizing down one is a safe option. I would recommend L for this case.
