Saved!
I thought my hearing aids were on their last leg so in a last ditch effort I bought this since my devices wouldn’t hold a charge. I can happily report they are back to working like they did when I first got them. One word of caution , I believe my original charger went bad after using the charger cord without the plug that came with it. Using it in a pinch may be OK but I did it for a while because I travel with mine and plugs tend to get misplaced or a little bulkier than what I could use. I recommend only the cord and plug that comes with the charger itself.

Compatibility with Costco / Phillips hearing devices
This was not compatible with Costco Phillips brand hearing devices and never charged my devices at all. Very frustrating and expensive purchase that did not work at all

Replacement for Costco KS10 Charger Case
I purchased this Phonak charger case as a replacement for my Costco KS10 charging case. My Costco hearing aids are about 2 years old. During the first year everything worked well. Beginning in the second year I had every hearing aid charging problem described on the internet. Problems affected the left ear predominantly. Sometimes one or the other hearing aid would start to charge then stop without completely charging. The hearing aid LED indicators showed all kinds of strange behavior. When it got to the point that the Costco charging case was nearly useless, I ordered the Phonak case. I used a VOM to check the charging voltage and tested the fit. Everything looked good so I plugged my hearing aids in. The the charging cycle was perfect. It may be that after a year of wear the Phonak case will have the same problem, but I will know how to fix it since Costco doesn't.
