RECOIL MS65-4P 6.5-Inch Midrange Pro Audio Car Speakers Door Speakers

Not the best but certainly not the worst. My old lower door woofers were toasted and needed replacement. Had to cut an 1/8th inch off diameter to fit them into my audi s6 speaker basket, but that was super easy with a grinder and cutoff wheel. Initial sound quality is outstanding. Clear, crisp, powerful. They dont do deep wobble like my bose woofers did, but they hit all the other notes just fine. Only time will tell how long they last, but they're built very very well and probably the best budget mid bass speaker you can buy for the price. I'll be purchasing another set for the front lower woofers because those are on their way out too. The quality is so far above and beyond for the price that I'll be ordering 2x 4" mids and another set of 6.5" woofers for the front doors. I can't believe how small the magnet was on my rear bose woofers haha. These are such an upgrade and I am very happy with the performance and purchase. Gladly buying more!

Im replacing a pair of sig180s. The sig180s are great speakers if you have a well sealed door but with a qts of .38 it gets sloppy real quick without an enclosure. These are clear, cost less and im sure when i cross them at 80 or 100hz 24db LR the'll sound amazing. I have 2 8's for midbass so i dont really care that the bottom end is missing. I might not need my RS75 3" anymore lol. Im running 3 way active 2-8" for mid bass and 1-12" for drop eq to audiofrog house curve. This might give me the midrange and SPL i was missing when driving at highway speed!

They’re loud even though they are budget speakers. I’m 51 so I rarely blast my radio anymore. If you want clean, quality sound be sure to buy an amp. I ran a Taramp 4 channel bridgeable 2ohm and I have the gain almost zeroed out. I think at 2ohm I get a little over 200 watts per channel. I’m never going back to 4ohms. 1ohm is just way too much and 4ohms just holds back all your power. Just be sure when buying speakers that they can handle 2ohms. These Recoil speakers are just as nice and clean as the $250 Deaf Bonce I put in the back. Also, never buy an amp that puts out less than 100 watts RMS. I tried 80 and it wasn’t much better than just the head unit did. I am too old for the boom boom so now I listen to clear, smooth., no vibration music like CCR and Dave Matthews. Buy these speakers and be sue to use Dynamat wherever there’s a hole. Those holes reduce your midbass really all.

These 6.5 inch speakers are Awesome they play really loud and clear and clean I have never had this brand before but I did recently buy the amplifier and it's a Good amp as well. I would recommend to buy these I got them on a sale deal. If you like clean and crispy loud audio get them they really are good for EQZ music.

Great value for money, far exceeded my expectations on what the quality would be like. The sound quality is good, but they could benefit with a better amp to run them compared to the factory amp but still get a good crisp sound and punchy bass. Would definitely recommend and will probably buy another set for our other car.
