The knife was nice and shart and the blunt end worked great for peeling back the bark.

Use with care! There is no blade locking mechanism and the blade can close on you and cut you! Otherwise, it is a great grafting knife!

I think thos tool knife is good to use w splicing n multiple of uses at least for me. Prob is a Lil pricey for its use but I like to have this for its main use n know its here when needed.

Very nifty knife. Blade feels sharp. Have not use it as yet. Hope it keeps its edge. Only negative the 3 rivets pins holding the two green plastic handles protrude too much beyond the handle making the grip feel uncomfortable. The pins rub against the fingers of hand. The rivets pins should be smaller or ground off. Recommendation:-The knife should come with a ring or eye hole to attach a wrist strap in case the knife falls from hand in tall grass while in use in the field . Great price. Shipping was on time

Even before I started using it I found the blade slightly damaged. When I used it on a soft branch,I had problems shaving it off for a cleft graft I was trying to do.It was not at all sharp enough.I guess one gets what one pays for . I will buy a better quality knife next time
