I bought two of these. I’ve placed them all around the refrigerator. The average temp, and max temp seem correct. The minimum temp is impossible. The lower temp consistently reads at least 26 deg different when these two are right next to each other. I think a degree or even possibly 2 is reasonable. 26+ deg difference is not and there is a quality issue with these.

For those who report a short battery life, likely it is because theirs like mine may have arrived with the batteries inserted and the power on, so it is draining the installed batteries as well as likely burning down the efficiency of the item. None of the buttons are operational. The unit does not power on/off; the button for converting from Celsius to Fahrenheit is not working, nor is the reset button.

Works well and shows the same temperature that the fridge thermostat is set on. The small hook that can be partially rotated makes it easy to install. At first, the thermometer needed about an hour in the fridge before it began showing the accurate temperature, but it's been accurate ever since.

It's a thermometer. In that aspect, it works. However, this is sold as a refrigerator thermometer. So you would think it would have attachment possibilities that would match refrigerators. Nope. It doesn't. Instead, it has some hanger thing that looks exactly like an oven thermometer. You know the one. It hangs from the racks in the oven and does great at it's job. However.... look at any modern refrigerator that has a wire rack. Oh wait... there aren't any.

This product LOW QUALITY!!! 1) The display is upside down. 2) The temp reads Celsius when it should be Fahrenheit. 3) And Fahrenheit reads Celsius when it’s the other way around!! 4) And the big numbers to the left of the display don’t even work. 5) It took hours for it to get a temp on the right side of the display that actually worked.The Pros: When it did read the temperature, “Fahrenheit” was only 1 degree off like advertised.Where’s the QUALITY CONTROL?!? RETURNING!!
