very good to listen to music in high definition, it is very practical just insert the sd memory with the songs in flacc or mp3 and ready to play, when connecting it to some bluetooth speakers, it gets a little slow but it works as it should be, I use it with mee audio headphones and the sound is spectacular, I really enjoy hearing my music library of 6000 songs, is the player of the fiio brand more economical but it works great, when I can update my player I will buy again or buy fiio is a very good manufacturer...

Absolutely love it! It’s the best thing since iPod Classic! I use to have an iPod Classic 160GB, but when that started going out, I was looking for options. The controls here are familiar to me, and this thing looks and sounds great! If you’re looking at options, and your coming from iPod Classic use/ownership, look no further! This is the one to get! It also looks absolutely beautiful in its red and black finish. I also love the ease to browsing and the full screen album artwork display.

Edit: decided to give it another go, as I was looking at other options, none of which looked to be as good an alternative. After another firmware update, it seems to be functioning fine. Bluetooth now connects, shuffle play of individual songs is working. I still think the sound quality is really good. Online user manual is useless. Was going to return it, but, after not liking other choices out there, will try it for a bit longer. I was using this with a SanDisk 64gb SD chip, which had about 47 gb of music on it. Had to update firmware within one week of purchase, because it would not list or play the music by song. If you chose to play by album or artist, it was fine, but I could not use shuffle play by song. It also will not maintain a Bluetooth connection. I paired it to my car stereo, via Bluetooth. This worked fine for almost a week, then after it would fail to connect. I would have to delete the device from my player and car stereo, the re-pair the two, each time I tried to use it in my truck. What a waste of time. Will be returning this item.

Had an X1 1st Gen and love it - Wanted the Bluetooth upgrade so, after careful consideration of other reviews. I opted for the 2nd Gen X1. Seems that the latest firmware upgrade had fixed many of the other reviewers problems. Sadly this is not the case. Despite me upgrading the firmware immediately, this unit constantly, and repeatedly freezes to black screen, resets, reloads the SDcard data and then chooses some completely random album to play. I get about 45 minutes music before it crashes to black screen again and then repeat ad finitum. Shame because the audio quality is really exceptional for the price bracket. I think i will find a bluetooth transmitter to plug into my X1 v1. Will be returning for refundEDIT Sept 18: So the crashing to black screen stopped after a while so didnt return for refund! so that was a bonus. However. having recently tried a different device with my bluetooth work headphones I have discovered that the Bluetooth on this Fiio is really very poor indeed. I had always blamed the headphones for the signal constantly dropping, but it turns out its the Fiio. Simply having the Fiio in my trouser pocket was too much for it to communicate.

I was very excited to get this at first, I like the touch dial, the unit looks nice and is actually fairly solid. Sound quality is good. Then things started to go wrong. I have had issues with bluetooth since day one, cutting out randomly or not interacting well with my car stereo well. It also takes a very long time to connect via bluetooth which drives me nuts. It drops connection, pauses randomly and if I try to use the stereo controls it just pauses no matter what, this includes adjusting the volume. What really spurred me to write this review today is that I disconnected the bluetooth on the device on the way home so I could connect it to a jack, at least it works that way but instead the system froze. I turned it off and on multiple times including several hard resets with the exact same results, it just freezes at the FIIO screen. If I take the microSD card out it boots just fine, put it back in and it freezes everytime. It was working just fine before! I had been listening to it all afternoon despite its failings. Now I need to try to wipe the sd card and put my music BACK on it. This device has been an exercise in frustration since day one and I have been tolerating it. As much as I paid for this I expected better but I can't honestly say that it was even close to worth the price, my crappy old mp3 players work better than this glorified piece of garbage. I can live without the bluetooth if it means I will have my music consistently, I just feel like I wasted my money on this mp3 player.

Just another MP3 player that didn't live up to its hype. The reviews matter and yet I ignored them. Playlist creation was extremely tedious and I could never get this device to connect and play with any of my vehicles.I like the feel of the device in my hand and its appearance was very sharp, but if you're looking for an MP3 Bluetooth player that's easy to use and connects with no problem then search elsewhere

Produit d'une extrême finesse, autant dans les détails que sur l'interface, l'usager comprend facilement comment utiliser le lecteur, configurer l'appareil et écouter de la musique. coté audio, le FIIO se débrouille plus que bien, avec une bonne réponse en fréquence, des basses puissantes (dépendant de vos écouteurs) et des aigus clairs. les voix sont cristallines, et le volume est réglable non seulement avec les boutons sur le coté, mais aussi a l'aide de la molette tactile, non pas cliquable, comme on a pu le voir sur les appareils de la marque a la pomme. le Fiio vient dans une boite scellée avec un câble de chargement micro-USB, une petite coque en plastique transparente, ainsi que un protecteur d'écran lui aussi en plastique, qui je le note ne nuis pas au bon fonctionnement de la molette tactile.Je recommande ce produit ! :)

Me encanto el reproductor apenas lo estoy probando pero cumple mis expectativas, estoy con música clásica pero vaya qué hay una gran diferencia entre este fiio y mi iPhone muy recomendado para disfrutar mejor la música

Un baladeur hifi correct pour le prix. Le son est très bien. La construction correcte. le botier en au est bien fini. Cependant quelques bémols. Les menus ne sont pas très intuitif, l'écran est minimaliste et avec une faible définition. Les touches d'accès rapide pourraient être mieux placées. pour les activer plus facilement depuis une poche.

Gestern diesen Prachtplayer bekommen. Wenn dieser in Zukunft auf Aptx Bluetooth aufstockt und die Reichweite verbessert wird, gibts auch mehr als 5 Sterne, wenns das gäbe! Aber ansonsten glaub ich Preisleistungs Sieger! So, noch ein Nachtrag nach einem Tag Benutzung: Es gibt sehr oft Aussetzer im Bluetoothbetrieb auch wenn das Gerät wenige Zentimeter vom Kopfhörer entfernt ist. Ich habe 3 Bluetooth Kopfhörer, 2 mit dem neuen APTX Codec und einen alten Nokia BH 505 ohne diesen Codec. Der Nokia läuft einwandfrei, die beiden anderen haben schon ab 2 Metern Aussetzer! Also liegts an der Software des Players! Bei anderen Playern kann man im Bluetoothbetrieb den Equalizer benutzen, bei dem X1 ii nicht, also bitte mal nen guten Programmierer einstellen.

Fantastic high capacity player, given that noone makes anything above 32GB anymore, this is definitely worth it for the price.UI isn't the quickest with a large library (mine is 118GB) but gets the job done.Bluetooth works fine.Output is definitely great, especially in Line Out mode for your big speakers.A definite recommend
