I like this elote flavor. I like the honey roasted, and some other flavors too. Before my food allergies I also like the Thai one and Korean bbq, so try those too. Back to the elote, they aren’t too salty mixed with the almonds, but I did lick the seasoning off my fingers when I was done and noticed it was saltier than I realized. So if you’re sensitive to salt, maybe get a different flavor or limit how many you eat. It’s good though. Disclaimer though: I can’t compare it to real elote because I’ve never had it. Don’t like mayo.

I got the elote Mexican street corn flavor and let me tell you, my corn-obsessed taste buds started to sing! I am doing keto, and corn is my vice, so these almonds sate that craving after eating only a few. The flavor does "fade" the more you eat at a time--my taste buds probably just get used to it, but it's perfect to track moderate consumption. I love these!

The ones that are well coated with flavor are really good. The seasoning does have a nice flavor that brings elote to mind with the flavors of corn, chili, and lime. Not spicy but a little zingy. Not overly salty. Just seemed like for BOLD almonds there were many in the can lacking in coating (even after shaking them up) that just sort of tasted like regular almonds. Still a good value overall, because even the less seasoned ones did taste good and they were nice and fresh, just didn’t taste like elote. I will say I much prefer the habanero bbq still though, not spicy at all but always so flavorful, well coated, and absolutely delicious. Blue Diamond almonds are a great healthy snack alternative that help keep me out of the potato chips.

I found the Elote seasoning too subtle and lacking in punch. The butter corn flavour fades after the first bite and it was also lacking in spice and tang. Overall still a nice snack that is not too salty and almonds were crunchy.
