Yes it has 4 settings for voice change but two of them sound the same low and the other two that are high pitch sound the same. But u can put echo in ur voice and it makes ur voice sound tuned slightly better.

Can you mix in phone calls?

You can use Bluetooth to connect your phone so it should be possible
