I am now just getting to use my tablet and phone holder. I was excited but I seem to be missing the left side of the phone holder. This is the part that holds the phone. Can I order just that part somewhere ? or do I have to order the whole device. Sad. This looks well made!Too add a tad more. I did contact their support group. They sent me a whole new unit. It was very impressive! Thanks so much!

The 6 mm thread on the iPad holder was not properly tapped causing the screw to bind after 2 turns. I had to retap the thread which allowed the screw to travel to completely, securing the iPad holder.

Holds phone and Ipad great.Install on my Concept 2 when super easy.

Tension knob broke in under two months. Hadn’t touched it since the Day I connected it to the rower. Next thing I know the knob is broke and now it’s useless and unusable.

Concept 2 sells its own phone holder that sits on top of the PM5 monitor, but I wanted something to hold a tablet above the PM5 monitor on my Concept 2 BikeErg (primarily for connecting to Zwift). After two rides, I can say that this holder does the trick well, holding an iPad Pro 11" solidly. The wings that attach to each side to hold a phone below the PM5 monitor are useless on the BikeErg—the BikeErg monitor is not mounted on a long extension arm the way the RowErg monitor is, so the frame blocks the space between the arms where the phone would sit—but you can simply not attach them.I may buy a second one for my Concept 2 rower.Edited: I did buy a second one for my rower. It’s not hard to put on and take off, but since it attaches via the battery cover and screw, I wouldn’t want to swap back and forth every day.

Rear nut that holds the top iPad mount on snapped right away. Other reviews mentioned the same issue. I tried gluing it back together but it did not work and now the $30 mount is useless for iPad. Wish I could buy just a replacement nut but it’s not available. Will try another brand.

This add on makes a perfect cradle to hold an iphone to track your row, and a really nice tablet holder to give you something to watch while you row. Like fitness+ videos or netflix.I was always fumbling trying to find a way to arrange things, but this solves it perfectly and elegantly.I tried a few other slide-on device holders and this was way better.

Item is heavy duty, will survive nuclear bomb but the metal is too thick and will not allow the screw from the PM5 back (where batteries are stored) to go through the holder, the PM5 and screw in securely. I even shaved off a little off the PM5 plastic back, removed the rubber on the holder and the screw still won't screw in. So now it just lays on the floor. BTW, this thing is heavy, I think too heavy for its intended purpose. Great idea, poor execution.

Bad design. Only holds in by a single small thread to the battery cover. The weight strips the threads. It’s going back
