Great desk lights instead of using the light stand easy attachment's

Update: The seller was a gem and was eager to make sure I was satisfied. I have since received a replacement and it is working well. I use it daily for work calls.Former review: Given how much this product cost, I am utterly disappointed. I purchased it in January and by May it was dead due to some electronics failure. Before I answer the question, "How do you know it was the electronics?", I want to mention the conditions under which this light lived out its short life. It was attached to the back of my desk with the vice-type attachment and never, ever moved thereafter. It was permanently in place in my home office. Now, back to how I knew it was the electronics. For starters, one day it was fine and the next the remote didn't work. It wasn't fully lit up. There was no light because of what seemed like a short in the cable that also houses the remote. My electrician spouse was able to circumvent the remote, which allowed the light to come on, but it was only 1 of the 3 colors (the harshest one) and it was full brightness with no way to dim. I thought I could live with that (first world problems, amiright?), but I hate it and am back here on Amazon looking for a new light.

Update: as of 6/10/23 the company (Monica) reached out and sent a replacement for the unit I purchased in October that seems to have been defective. The new unit Seems to be working fine now, i will update if this unit gives out on me in a few weeks. Customer service was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation.Update: I’ve had this light since October and I’ve had it in a stationary position attached to my desk, so i don’t move it I don’t bring it anywhere and I’ve only had to turn it on maybe 3 times and NOW the thing won’t stay on at all. The power button shows that there is power and it’s glowing blue. However when I try to turn it on it turns right back off. For $45 it’s definitely NOT worth it don’t waste your money.

This ring light is fantastic for those who are looking for a stable ring light with a desk clamp.The three white color modes are great for a variety of lighting scenarios. I like to use the bright white light for video calls and tend to switch to a more warm light for day to day activities. In fact, this light works well as a normal desk light. There are quite a few brightness settings that touch both ends of the spectrum. The high brightness level is sufficiently bright for most applications.With the various mounting choices you can alter your streaming/video call setup as needed for whatever you are doing. It is nice that this ring light comes with a camera mount, most do not. The mount itself is very sturdy, the clamp secures well to most desks, and the mount is adjustable to bring the ring light to a variety of heights and angles.Overall, I would highly recommend this ring light over others. The quality of the product and its attachments are worth the price.

We selected this due to needing specific mounting and height requirements and were not disappointed. Metal tubing is well crafted, nice and smooth with no abrasions. The main surface mount clamp is nice and strong. The 3/4 thread ball head mount makes for extended compatibility with other holders you may have to swap out if you need. The LEDs for this are perfectly sized for our needs, as well the 3 light modes are very much welcome. We prefer white light, but the addition of the warmer tones is something we might make use of at some point, the option is there (function control is molded into the cord). Very sturdy, very nice, a great purchase.

The light is just not bright enough. It is attached to the back of my desk which is not deep- only 20” I’mOn telehealth calls all day and sit at my desk, with a small, raised laptop computer screen in front of me. The light does nothing, only if my face is 3 inches away does it help light my face. Very disappointed.

Light turns on, gets bright, but it would be nice is it was able to be put together. The rod doesn't connect to the base support at all. So that sucks

I cannot find a customer service number or email to get help or find perhaps a replacement light. It feels like a huge wasteRing lamp worked well until it randomly would not cut on any longer. The ringlamp was used a few times a day for work calls but other than that was attached to my desk and idle. I’m sad that it no longer cuts on…it flickers then cuts off. I tried alternative power sources and get the same result.
