THE WORST
UPDATE: Seller was great and helped us in the return process. I really enjoy the concept of this gimbal, so we'll give it another shot. Fingers crossed that we just had a defective one!......................This gimbal is a piece of garbage. Right out of the box I charged it, balanced my camera, and turned it on. NOTHING, it just jitters around. I thought maybe it was just this one gimbal and I'd try a different one, but the return shipping is expensive and I'm not willing to gamble again. STICK WITH DJI and buy from a different seller.

Zero Support Available on Product
Junk. Don't buy it. The company offers zero support. The company claims this gimbal can handle a Canon 5D MarkIV. Don't believe it. Stay with the Ronin.

I have been using the pilotfly h2 45 for more than three months in different events like weddings, sweet fifteen, company events, and so far it works perfectly, one of the things that I like most is that I can directly see the screen of my camera what I'm recording, I highly recommend it.this gimbal changed my way of recording.
