This baby swim float does not include a canopy.

Does it come with the canopy ?

Mine didn’t. I had a different version of it. But for this one, Description says: 【3RD UPGRADED VERSION】HECCEI Baby Swim Float comes with a removable canopy.

Is it too big for travel?

We packed it for travel this year to Destin Florida. We traveled in a mini van (Chrysler Pacifica). It fit nicely to the side of our luggage. I'm not sure if it would do well if you are flying though.
