This item is awful. Whatever is in the coating makes me I’ll and needs reformulated. I also think the terrible red coating affects the absorbency of the Calcium and Magnesium, as in you don’t absorb much of it.

I was unpleasantly surprised with actual product. First, the potency of the calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin C was only about half of the label on the bottle pictured compared to actual bottle received. Secondly, the tablets were brown and large instead of white and small as shown in item description on Amazon. I had to double check to make sure I had actually received the item I ordered as the only thing that looked the same as item pictured on Amazon was the front of the label.

This calcium supplement is not for me. It gave me heart palpitations and made me feel bad.It’s not returnable so I will have to toss out and lose my money. The ingredients are made in China.

Product is what I required nutritionally and price wise.

Decided to try tablets instead of gel capsules, no complaints. I think they'll be better to travel with since they can't burst.

I need more. Great for people that are on their feet 8 - 12 hours a day.

Great product. Includes everything my body needs... based on my research.
