I've emailed from their contact form on their website, I sent a message to their tiktok and I sent a message to their IG with no response. I purchased this about 10/11 months ago and last week the lights just stopped working. I always kept it in a cool and dry place and charged it when needed. It doesn't matter if I charge it or not, they lights will flash on and then right back off. They have a 1 year warranty which is coming up and I'm starting to wonder if that's why I'm not getting a response from them so the warranty can lapse. I loved this mask, used it all the time, but paying this amount for something that didn't even last a year and then getting no response from their customer service is very disheartening. I'll update my review if I ever hear back from them about this. When I sent the email I only requested a replacement, not a refund, so this is so bizarre that they're not responding.

Whenever there is an "at home" spa item I always wonder "am I going to use this?" "how complicated is this?" "will I really get results?" So those are my concerns, but I saw this felt called to try it and ordered it. I am SO SO happy I did. I have been a) using it non stop. b) didn't have ANY issues putting it on and setting up. c) YES RESULTS. As soon as the light went on, I felt peaceful. Like I was laying under the sun and receiving the benefits of sun bathing or being on the beach. That calm serene feeling is actually way more beneficial then advertised. It's so well made and even has several plugs to take when you travel making this the perfect item to bring on a vacation. It's a non-invasive supplement for your mood and skin essentially. I did see a little glow on my skin but I don't know if that's coming from my inner peace or the benefits it gives to the skin. I think both. Overall I am so so happy with the ease of this, the details and comfort and the design couldn't be better. I also use the eye patches which I am happy are included in the package. Definitely consider this a YES and even though I am using it in the summer the real joy will be winter time to feel like I am getting the sun in my bed whenever I want!!! LOVE it.

If you’re new to red light therapy and you want something that’s quick, easy, and convenient I highly recommend this mask. Originally I started off with the Solawave Red Light Therapy Wand and results were good but overtime it started to feel like a chore since you have to physically move the wand across your face for at least 10 minutes. Eventually I ended up retiring it. Compared to the wand, this mask is super convenient! You just put it on, press the button, and relax for 10 or 20 minutes. The straps are comfortable and adjustable so it’s possible to wear the mask with your hair tied up or wrapped in towel. No issues with the eye, nose, or mouth slits; the opening is wide enough to drink water through a straw but not enough for eating. After 10 days of consistent use, 4x’s a week, 10 minutes each session, I would say I noticed an improvement in my overall complexion. My face is brighter and my dark spots less noticeable. Results from long term use seem very promising

Edit: customer service was great. I sent them the receipt of my purchase and they are replacing my mask. You have a one year warranty. Be sure to never handle the mask by the wire as this is where the problem was. I LOVED this mask!!! But it just died on me. Bought in December 31st and stopped working December 13th

For the price of this product, I expected it to work for many years. The wire became faulty and it’s not removable so there’s no way to replace it. I was always very careful with it and used once every 2-3 months. I’m disappointed this happened. I also bought my mom this mask and she had the same problem. $600+ down the drain.

When this product was originally recommended to me, I was skeptical. Though I had read some of the research regarding the benefits of red light therapy, I wondered just how much impact I would be able to actually notice on my face. Well after using it daily on the lower setting of 10 minutes for over two weeks now, I feel compelled to share how amazing the results have been for me and I never write reviews. After about a week of use, I started getting compliments on the vibrance of my skin, which I was also recognizing in the improved texture. But what I was really shocked by was that I actually started to see my skin heal after two weeks or so. When I got a facial over a year and a half ago, the facialist did a bad extraction right below my mouth and it sadly left a small, but noticeable scar, kind of like a pock mark where there was this little hole in my skin which never grew back in. After using this red light mask, I couldn't believe it but the little scar has grown back in/healed and the skin has literally regenerated!!! Truly grateful for this amazing technology. I strongly recommend this product.

Edit: nope, got worse the next few tries. No better than a cheapo plastic shell one So I bought this because I have little time and wanted to combine my biohacking with work hours so I could do this more often. My plan was to use this with my portable sauna and or yoga. It’s not great. The mask is pretty uncomfortable no matter how you adjust it - pulling into my forehead and pushing on my top lip, and it’s barely fastened. Also, there’s no way on gods green earth you’re doing anything with this on, like read, watch YouTube, etc. or work because you can’t see anything. The whole reason I didn’t get stand up lights is because I didn’t want to take a break for it, but that’s the only way. Debating if I should wait to see if I see any results, or send it back to get something way cheaper since this is so disappointing in design
